12.10.030 Manner of initiation.

Changing the name of a street may be initiated as follows:
A. By the planning and zoning commission upon its own motion; or
B. By petition of owners of at least 50 percent of the lots on that street. [Ord. FY2016-20 §2, 2016; Ord. 01-06 §2].
