A. A board shall hold a regular meeting once a quarter, or more frequently, in accordance with the board’s rules of procedure. The chair or three board members may call a special meeting of their board.

B. A majority of the authorized membership of a board constitutes a quorum. All board actions shall be by vote of a majority of the board’s authorized membership who are qualified to vote on the question under KIBC 2.35.010. [Ord. 80-29-O §1, 1980].
