A board may, by resolution, adopt its own written rules of procedure, consistent with this title, governing the conduct of its proceedings. In all matters of procedure not governed by such rules or this title, Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised, shall govern. [Ord. 80-29-O §1, 1980].
