A. Furnish the board with copies of all requested documents and other information necessary or reasonably related to the performance of board functions;

B. Provide the board with such supplies, meeting space, and secretarial assistance as the manager deems reasonably required;

C. Refer to the board for their consideration all nonemergency matters within the scope of its powers and duties prior to presenting those matters to the assembly for action; and
