8.15.030 City of Kodiak revenue bonds.

Notwithstanding the exercise of area-wide health powers by the borough as provided in KIBC 8.15.010 and 8.15.020, the city of Kodiak may issue revenue bonds on behalf of the Kodiak Area Native Association, Inc., to finance the construction of a health, education, and social services center to be owned and operated by Kodiak Area Native Association, Inc. [Ord. 94-11 §2, 1994. Formerly §8.10.030].
