A. The borough shall require installation of a remote readout water meter on any new or upgraded service, for the purpose of measuring water supplied to the premises by such service.

B. The meter will be installed in the customer’s building and the recorder will be installed on the exterior of the building, unless, in special circumstances, the borough approves an alternate installation. [Ord. 83-1-O §1, 1983; Ord. 82-3-O, 1982. Formerly §13.02.030].
