13.10.075 Charge for water service.

A. The monthly charge for water service shall be at the rates specified by resolution of the assembly.
B. In any case where circumstances indicate that an appropriate rate has not been set by resolution of the assembly, the borough engineer, or designee, may adjust the number of units of usage, based upon the actual annual water usage, at one unit per each 7,500 gallons, or portion thereof.
