6.04.250 Disposal of diseased or unwanted dogs and other small animals.

The animal control officer shall dispose of or destroy, in a humane manner, diseased or unwanted dogs or other small animals upon the request of the owner or custodian of the animal at a fee set by resolution of the assembly. [Ord. 94-21 §2, 1994; Ord. 86-16-O(A) §2. Formerly §6.04.190].
