Any amendment or alteration of an approved commercial tract site plan shall be made only upon approval of the community development department director as provided in Chapter 16.30 KIBC. The boundaries of an approved commercial tract may be amended or altered only upon application to and prior approval by the commission in accordance with Chapters 16.40 and 16.50 KIBC.
