Each subdivider is encouraged to confer with the community development department director and the engineering and facilities department director before submitting a preliminary subdivision plat.

A. The subdivider should submit the following for review:

1. A legible sketch drawn to a scale of generally one inch equals 100 feet;

2. The sketch should generally depict the location, configuration, and size of each parcel to be created; the planned road system; existing roads, structures, utility facilities, and other improvements; and

3. A USGS map to scale of one inch equals one mile or a map of larger scale which adequately shows the location of the proposed subdivision.

B. A written summary of the discussion shall be provided to subdividers who participate in the preliminary discussion within seven working days of the discussion that states the recommendations and concerns covered in the discussion. [Ord. 90-15 §2, 1990].
