16.40.030 Prints, type and number to be submitted.

Unless otherwise directed, 10 prints of the preliminary plat, supporting materials, and appropriate filing fee must be submitted to the community development department. The preliminary plat shall be drawn to a scale specified in KIBC 16.50.020(C) on paper of one of the following sizes with each sheet being the same size:
A. Eighteen inches by 24 inches; or
B. Twenty-four inches by 36 inches. [Ord. 90-15 §2, 1990].
