Utility easements may be required for the use of public utility companies licensed by the Regulatory Commission of Alaska to locate, construct, maintain, or authorize the location, construction, maintenance, and use of conduits for all and any purposes, water, gas, sewers, utility poles and wires, or any of them over, under, and along the strips marked “Utility Easement.” [Ord.
