There shall be at least two residential parking spaces included in each mobile home space, with minimum dimensions of nine feet by 18 feet in size. Alternatively, required parking for mobile home spaces may be within a common parking area inside the mobile home park, subject to approval of the parking plan in conjunction with zoning compliance or a conditional use permit for the mobile home park.
