17.45.100 Fences, parking, and signs.

Fences, parking areas, and signs are permitted when they are necessary for the use of the property for a permitted and/or approved conditional use.1 [Ord. 89-04-O §2, 1989. Formerly §17.12.100].
1“Feasible and prudent” means consistent with sound engineering practices and not causing environmental, social, or economic problems that outweigh the public benefit to be derived from compliance with the condition which is modified by the term “feasible and prudent.”
