The provisions of this chapter and all other applicable provisions of this code are binding as terms and conditions of any lease of borough land. These terms and conditions, if not fully set forth in the lease, are incorporated by reference as though set out in full in the lease. The lease shall contain such additional terms, conditions, and restrictions as the borough determines to be in its best interest. [Ord. 78-7-O §2, 1978].
