18.40.070 Payment of annual rentals.
This section is included in your selections.
A. Annual rentals of $250.00 or less shall be paid annually in advance.
B. Annual rentals exceeding $250.00 shall be paid in advance and may be paid in installments as follows:
1. Annual rentals exceeding $250.00 but less than $500.00 may be paid in two equal installments at six-month intervals.
2. Annual rentals of $500.00 or more but less than $1,000 may be paid quarterly.
3. Annual rentals of $1,000 or more may be paid monthly.
C. The effective date of the lease contract shall determine the anniversary date for determining payment dates. [Ord. 78-7-O §2, 1978].
