A. Members of regulatory and quasi-judicial boards and commissions shall receive compensation in the amount of $100.00 per meeting attended, with the exception of the planning and zoning commission, which shall receive $200.00 per month. Work sessions are not considered for compensation.

B. Regulatory and quasi-judicial boards and commissions include the planning and zoning commission, the board of equalization, and such others as the assembly may designate by ordinance. [Ord. FY2008-04 §2, 2007; Ord. 82-17-O, 1982; Ord. 78-23-O , 1978].
