It is the purpose of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Personnel Rules and Regulations to establish a system of uniform personnel policies and procedures that shall assure high quality personnel administration in full compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements and in keeping with generally accepted personnel management standards.
