Unless specifically provided otherwise, the public records of the borough are open to inspection by the public under reasonable rules during regular office hours. The clerk or employees having custody of public records shall give on request, upon payment of the fee, a copy of the public record. The fee will be based on the fee schedule adopted by resolution of the assembly. [Ord. FY2010-02 §2, 2009].
