The clerk shall give, on request and payment of costs, a certified copy of any public record required to be disclosed under the Kodiak Island Borough Code. A fee may be charged for certified copies set in accordance with the currently approved Kodiak Island Borough fee schedule. [Ord. FY2010-02 §2, 2009].
