3.10.160 Penalties.

The following provisions shall apply to all land sale agreements entered into by the borough following the enactment date of the ordinance codified in this section:
A. Late Payment Fees. All payments made to the borough pursuant to any land sale contract or deed of trust note not made within 15 days of the due date will be deemed to be late, and all such late payments shall be assessed a late payment fee of four percent of the payment per occurrence.
