No person shall own, keep or harbor a dog or cat over three months of age within the corporate boundaries of the borough unless such dog or cat shall have received an immunization for rabies adequate to meet the requirements of KIBC 6.04.120(B). [Ord. 86-16-O(A) §2. Formerly §6.04.100].
